OT - Floor jacks

My trusty old JC Penneys floor jack is having problems.

Last week it didn't pump up nearly as high as it used to. When I got around to looking at the reservoir (assuming it was low on fluid) the oil started to come back out of the reservoir as if it were pressurized.

I'm assuming that this means I have a leak internally and I now have oil on the top of the piston which is preventing full travel.

Any reasonable fix?
