cutting / removing beads from tires is not
something for any individual to undertake
and is only done by a few companies which specialize in the process and have the equipment to perform the operation, the technical engineering data to know what can be done to what tire, etc.
a tire with a damaged bead is nothing to fool with and nothing anyone would want to be near when it is being inflated or even be near if it survives the inflation proceedure and is mounted on a vehicle - it will blow
so with this i close and now know with your last post that you are putting us all on.
