This topic has been talked about before in previous forums. I chose not to talk then because of bandwidth. I gather that you think that since yesteryears problems have been solved, they won't ever come back. What's the line about history repeating itself? Henry Ford gave all his employees a raise so they could afford to buy his cars. Too bad the idea hasn't caught on. Instead, business is trying (and succeeding) to lower wages across the country. Your buck buys less now than at any time in history, and they still think you're overpaid! No, I believe there is as great a need for unions today as there ever has been.
