It does weigh an awfull lot 6,810 lbs.
I would definitly put 11.00-16's on it and run 4.89's as well. As you can see in the pics there is a crumple spot just in front of the passenger side door on the bottom where someone drove over something. The paint needs to be baby'd or it will continue to fade "constant waxing" I have drivin the truck maybe 20 miles since I got it and other than the flat spots I've not noticed anything wrong! 4 wheel works great.
