Might try something like "If you knew your history and more about America, you would have better respect for these trucks." From there you can elaborate, or if their eyes glass over, don't waste the time. It's an American truck, toughest ever built and still running and working 50+ years later. It is a work truck. They are from a very good time in America. Don't mention the brakes unless you have discs. David
