It appears that "mike m" and I are both following approximately the same schedule in our PW restoration projects! "The SLOW schedule!!!" We took all the measurements of truck & garage and determined that these would get him through the opening and still have inflated rubber to jockey the truck around with. After nearly a year without hearing from him, he contacted me earlier this summer asking if I still had the rims and indicating that he still was interested in them for the same purpose as before. They are out-of-sight-out-of-mind behind my barn. In the time that had past we had both forgotten the price we had agreed to!! We're still waiting on just the right situation to arise to conveniently and cheaply transport the goods from me to him. He'll probably end up with a new garage before we ever get around to doing anything about it. I don't think that I'll be able to make the PW a number 1 priority project until I retire. Those tires will dry-rot off the rims before that happens! Don't laugh too hard at us, we're trying!!!
