...I have a setup on a W500 where I can change the lugstuds on these 10 lug axles. I then can use the 1.5 inch 1st. stud that you slide the first rim onto then "nut" it with another 1.5 inch stud that you can slide the 2nd. rim onto then put on the final lugnut...basically it is exactly the same way you run the rear dual tires ,, you just do the same to the front axle and you then have front and rear duals. I don't know if it is a good idea to run duals on the highway,,due to the wear when turning,,and the local Sherrif!!! Off road would probably be OK if temporary only,,,,mud , snow, ect...............have fun.
