Me thinks there are just as many different dia. 20" tires, as there are in any other size tire.
The idea of taller tires have hashed out many times over the years and most folks understand that to get a tall enough tire to lower the engine RPMs to a desired rev., you have to go to a 20"wheel & tire with an adequite dia.
I you do the math,you will find that a taller tires adds enough circumference to reduce eng. RPMs.
