Dry Chemical extinguishers are normally charged with dry Nitrogen. If its truly dry nitrogen you should not have a problem at those temps. Of course the dry chemical will not freeze and the nitrogen is free of water. Now if they cheat on the nitrogen, all bets are off. C02 willnot be a problem either.
Be sure to rotate the dry chemical extinguishers monthly and while upside down, give a wack with your hand. This keeps the dry chemical from packing.
