My cousins '77 W100's tranny was make some noisies like a chain slipping. The 4 wheel drive tranny was removed and worked on but when put back in the same noise was made. Also it is hard to put into High Lock and impossible to get into low lock. Any suggestions on either put. Is it the transfer case?
