getting stronger + feeling better since being released from 16 day Hospital stay + Surgury last Wed afternoon.Took my morning walk around part of my property + down to the hiway for my mornin paper did some streching + liftin of some light free weights. A ride around my acreage + Junk yard in my old rusty but trusty 1961 W300 Power Wagon Wrecker I call MONSTER METAL will make me feel better.There is a spot up in the thick pines on my property that always smells so good that I sometimes go to + just sit.Its been maybe 3 months since I been there.
