I agree. If I were interested in this truck, I would take a real close look at the whole truck to see if there were other short cuts taken. 15K is a lot of money and a truck like this and therefore it should be in top shape for that kind of money unless it is really rare (like a PW woodie or FF Crew Cab or a Swivel). Overspray on the tires kind of reflects on quality of workmanahip. Makes you wonder about the the rest of the truck. IMO
I will pay Top dollar for a top dollar truck, but will not for lesser trucks.
