Remember, If your talking hiwy miles and driving, a first gear start should be adequite but, there are the added stresses on the steering sector and linkage and you'd need to stay with 5:83 gears to keep any kind of pulling ability.
There is also added stress on the drivetrain and axle shafts having to turn over larger diameter tires.
One advantage is that while joy riding down the hiwy you reduce rpm's thus engine wear and fuel consumption and if you ever need it for offroading or work you can just change out to your set of 16's.
