First post to see if anyone has any pocket templates, then cut out a pocket from one of the XXLs and tack it to the front of the shirt. Take a pict & post it so everyone can take a crack at it (size, location, shape, color, etc...) and ask how much additional $$ each shirt will be with a pocket (customers will probably offer advice on collar & V necks). Then start measuring, cutting, folding, and sewing (solicit thread donations from the local sewing circle or use the left over bench seat nylon), sew-em-up and ship-em Danno :) First one goes to Fred for glasses (+notepad, +2 ballpoint pens, a sharpie, & a steel 5.5" ruler) in-the-pocket test :)
