I've replaced the headliners in both my '65 D-200 and '66 W-300 with Cane material from Woodworkers Supply. It is the same material used for cane furniture. The description is "Modern Closed Weave", part # 857-210, and is sold in 24" width. It sells for $5.49 per lineal inch. The phone number is 800 645-9292. This and some 1/4" or 3/8" carpet foam and contact cement, and you've got a new headliner.
