I'm not sure what truck you have, but if it's a '94 or newer Ram, disconnect one of the battery terminals then hold the key in the start position for about 10 seconds then reconnect the battery. This will reset your computer. If this was not done after installing the headers, the computer could be the cause as it would still be calibrated for the more restrictive manifolds.
