If it is military and not too old, you may be able to find a manual at the Army's TM site. Most pubs are non-restricted and can be downloaded by anyone. You will need the Adobe Reader (available on the site). Only a few need the passwords. Just follow the link for "ETM" to get to them. The link is: http://www.logsa.army.mil/pubs.htm
