take the vin number, and all info you have and go to your local DMV office
there you will get the information you need
to get the paperwork done you need to get a
title. might be as simple as a notorized
bill of sale - might be a lot more but start now and dont be in a hurry or get "p'd" off as it appears you sometimes do.
