I hope the extra few hundred yards on a hot engine didn't do you in. Only way to tell is another tear down and inspect the cylinders, journals, and bearings for damage. All the new gaskets in the world won't help if there's damage. You might even discover why the plug popped :) Bummer. Let's hope for the best!
