Front bumper?? holes were not used until 65 1/2?

Or are you talking about the lack of Dodge badges on the side of the fender? Missing windshield wiper on the drivers side?

I am guessing you are not talking about the mirrors, the side turn signals, or the roof lights.

Is there something else I missed?
