Carter AFB doesn't like hills Continued?

I already have the spring loaded needle assy. installed, it came with the rebuild kit. (i thought of that too!)but it still didn't help. It idles rough on hills sitting in one place, or moving. you have to keep on the gas or it will die. any other questions i missed?? Adjusting the floats for less gas in the bowl sounds like a good start though. I'll see if I can get to it before heading to Fort Bridger this weekend. Any tips on how far to adjust? darn it now I've gotta find my float square! keep the suggestions coming! Thanks all, very informative
