I agree with Paul and Mike C. At the price of a new small tractor (that also limits you), you could get a good used larger tractor like an N or what I have, an International diesel. I grade my long lane, plow snow, use the front end loader for a hoist, log out of the woods, etc. The front end loader has a tremendous number of uses (I am going to pull my cab off the B-3 with it).
I drove up to an agricultural area (rural Pa.) and got a great deal on a 70's vintage farm tractor. The dealer even delivered it- 125 miles- and had a 90 warranty.
