Just remember, most of the 'good old boys' will retire soon, so we need to properly train the new generation of parts men or we will regret this dearly. Take the time to educate the new guys and let them develop a real interest in these old trucks, or else suffer the consequences of them hiding out whenever you show up. How do you think the present 'good old boys' came to be? They weren't born that way. Instead of condemning someone as a 'dumb snot nosed kid', give them some respect and help them to learn our needs. I would bet this approach would develop some great parts men in a few years.
