John, I'm not sure what it was originally configured to fit, but I bet it would fit very nicely between the frame rails at the end of the rear PTO of my '53 B4!!! Just kidding!! Yes, Although I have not done it, the Braden winches (at least the MU2, MU3, and LU4) supposedly can be dissassembled and reassembled without any additional parts so that the input can be reversed from side to side.
