I have an old Ferguson tractor with a 6 volt system that like my PW, should be positve grounded.
In fact it was negative grounded but still seems to work fine. (not sure it charges)
The battery was down so I took it out to charge. Should I reinstall with the neg or positve ground?
I am wondering if the generator will be charging right. I seem to remember some saying something in here about polarizing something when they switched grounding polarity.
Advice??
