As Tom J mentions below, the 10 bolt PTO has output shafts to both the front and rear. The rear one is usually "hidden" by a large bearing retainer which, if removed, reveals the splined stub shaft or a stub shaft with a keyway for a "half moon" keeper (the correct name escapes me right now). My 10 bolt PTO is lever operated from the cab, a somewhat custom installation done by the "Govemint" which previously owned my W300.

The factory 6 bolt PTO on the 205 has only one drive shaft facing the front, but (though I have not done it myself) it should not be too hard to locate and install on the 201 TC a 6 bolt (standard SAE pattern) PTO that has both a longer output shaft that extends to both front and rear.
