you can interchange pumps if you do not need vacuum wipers. if you have vacuum wipers you can have your pump rebuilt or tap off the intake manifold. they wont work as well. john bizal has rebuilt pumps with new gaskets and diaphragms that are compatible with todays fuel. mr cheepy (mark haagsmaa has them for $80 new. that's a great price for a m 37 pump. i bought a 2 1/2 ton pump from john bizal that works great but does not have a vacuum bottom half. good luck. mannyc
