Hello all:

I am gonna be house sittin' this week for some folks who have internet. So I will be in and out of here. We still haven't found an engine for the Kubota yet...But have not given up hope either. Anyhow, here be the question of the day:

My neighbor has this interesting piece of equipement. It is a Forklift that has 2 drive wheels up front like most conventional Forklifts, BUT has a single wheel in the back. Kinda like a reverse Tricycle. It is very old as it has a cable operated Mast on it. It has Power Steering. The guy he got it from said it is a Former US Navy ship yard forklift. It is blue in color and has a cab. Here is all the info we have been able to gather from the Tags.:

Wagnermobile Scoop
Mixermobile Manufacturers
model No C
Serial # C5832 T
Motor number 1120
Portland Oregon.

The engine is a Chrysler Flathead six, It looks like a big block six. It has an updraft carb and under carb govenor setup like the Power Wagon does. it has Chrysler Autolite Starter, Generator, and Dist. It is 12 volt system as well. The Trans looks to be a NP420 4 speed. and it even has the PTO ports. There is a shift lever for the 4 gears and reverse on the trans and also there is a "shuttle" lever on it for quick shifting between forward and reverse. The Clutch and brake pedals look to be out of a M-37 or Early Power Wagon. On the back it has a m-37-PowerWagon budd wheel with a 9X16 NDT tire on it. The tires on front are 10-20's. We got it running the other day and have been using it around his place. We would like to know more info on this neat piece of equipment. Sorry for being off topic a bit. Thanks

Chris
