I have a Ramsey 8000# and I called the Co. and they sent me complete instructions to swap the drive shaft side because mine came off of a ford bronco. They said it should only take about 15 mins. to swap it over. They also have eveything you need to rebuild the winch you have. They said the only parts for mine that they couldn't come up with were, the main shaft and the spool. They just don't make the long (wide winch) anymore.... I have the paper work from them for my winch..
