prob. the most popular ramsey PTO winch was a model 200,8000 lb capacity. IH used these on models from early scout 80's to at least 1300 series trucks,on front mount applications they were run by a shaft on the drivers side,ive seen one scout 800 with a rear mtd ramsey PTO winch,and it had the drive on the drivers side as well(which of course means in a front application the driveline would be pass side. it seems to me that most chev. dodge,ih,jeep ran the driveline up the drivers side(maybe because or front diff. offset to pass. side) fords may have used the other side because of front diff. offset towards drivers side
