Cracking sheetmetal

How come a lot of the powerwagon cabs crack in the corners up on the roof area. I have seen this on quite a few cabs including the two I own. Does the frame flex enough to promote this? Where can I find replacement rubber body mounts for my WM300? They look solid but, I'm going to change them anyway. Thanks, Bill.
