Ok I know its off topic but theres a Mack for sale now here and I havent had much luck anywhere else on the internet. The PW crowd never fails and I once again realize the wealth of information is here on this web board.
On with the questions........

Whats a Mack H-67 cab over worth that hasnt been started in many years? All complete except for windows. I believe its a 1959 model.
Would it have an air starter on it?
ANy place on the web to obtain information or buy books?

Also What would a IH DCOF-405 Emeryville cab over be worth? I think its a 1962 model. Cummins NH220,5speed Fuller,3speed Aux SPicer and I think it has hydraulics. Also has not run in many years but is in WAY better shape then the Dog is.
I think I can get these trucks for dirt cheap and kicking around the idea of trying to get them running.

The IH I think would run in an afternoon of filters and new batteries.

The Mack I think will take a little more along with some body work.

Whats the chance of the air brake pods being bad from sitting so long? Are they expensive to replace? I am also hoping that maybe the diesels have not seized up from sitting since diesel is somewhat more oily then gas.

Thoughts,ideas, suggestions am I crazy?

Todd
