all most all mopar dealers use online locators which will locate parts that other dealers may have (also part number might be usefull in cross reference of after market parts.
while you are at the dealership ask your parts friends to make a copy of the shop manual secton that covers the rear axle (brake drum) removal for your truck shop
should have as they never discard books
