i wanted to put HTLRHNTR on my command car license plate. i dont think it would get through the pc department at the nys dmv. i opted for a 1942 dated plate. problem is that in order to use a year of manufacture plate in ny, the rules state the year of the 2 plates had to match the year of the truck. i have a 42 command and 1 1942 plate. in 1942 only, ny only issued one plate. the d---asses at dmv who made the rule and the plates in 42 are giving me a hard time about the plate issue. i will work it out. mannyc
