Wrong Flywheel-Help !

I have a WM300/251 that previous owner had a local garage install a new clutch assembly.
He also converted to key start.Problem is the ring gear is 192 tooth-sounds awful,not to mention the metal fines in the pan.Is there a replacement starter solution or do I have to change-out Flywheel,etc.?Thanks,Mike
