Probably on Sunday around noon, but I'll call to confirm.
I thought old Allis Chalmers tractors were inexpensive to operate... Anyone know of a source for pushrods for a D17 Allis Chalmers for less than $75 a piece? Ouch!
If Dennis is making them (gloveboxes that is) I would'nt attempt it. Because to do a really top noch job, As these trucks deserve, I would need to find a Box and Pan brake to do the precise bending. I would need about 20 confirmed and paid orders to have the funds to buy a used one. The only other way is a couple of vises and heavy angle, and a big rubber mallett! The caveman method.
I did get a new speedglass welding helmet for my B-day, and a looking for a excuse to use the heck out of it though
