Ok, I measured everything about the input shaft EXCEPT the length. The input shaft on the NV5600 is identical as far as pilot stub, shaft diameter, spline count, etc. but it is about one and an eighth inch longer. Thus the input shaft bottoms out in the flywheel before the bell mates up to the block. I will need to replace the input shaft with a shorter one. Anybody know a good shop with a parts guy who is intimately familiar with the NV5600 and patient also?
Thanks
