Depends on what kind you are looking for. The 1960's and 1970's W crew cabs can be found. If your looking for a flatfender crew cab, they are about as common as hens teeth. Look on the home page of this forum under "Pictures" and look under the listing Crew Cabs. The pictures there show most of the known examples of these trucks. Several people have talked about building flat fender crew cabs.
