The only other thing that I can think of is that your clutch disk may be too thick and the pressure plate has insufficient movement to disengage.

Just had an idea. Are the master and slave cylinders a matched pair? What I mean if the master cylinder is too small in diameter or the slave cylinder is too large you will not get the amount of throw needed on the clutch throw out bearing arm. I had this problem in my carryall. Someone may have put the wrong ones in your truck in the past.

I believe that the problem is in the cluch not disengaging and not so much in the synchros. If the clutch was completely disengaging and you push the clutch in and held it for a minute the input shaft of the transmission would stop spinning and you would not hear any grinding when shifting. Something is keeping the input shaft spinning for a long time. Only two things can cause that 1) Clutch not disengaging or 2) pilot bushing too tight. The latter can be caused by damage to either the bushing or input shaft. Have you driven the truck much since installing the clutch? It might be work driving it a little to see if the pilot bushing will loosen up a little (if that is the problem).
