Hi Paul,
You can get a commercial quality floor and save money by doing it yourself. Most good paint stores have two part epoxy paints for concrete flooring. WARNING: stay away from one part "homeowner" floor paints that are sold at Home Depot or Lowes, they are not high quality and can lift from tire "hot spotting" . I have epoxyied many floors and you'll be very happy with the results. Last weekend, on the Speed Channel, Two Guys Garage was touting a product, of course I can't remember the name, but I'll search for the brand name. I've used Pittsberg 'Pits Glaze' and others coatings by Dupont, with good results. They are also acid resistant. (notice they say resisitant and not proof!)
