how about chiseling off the 4 rivets or bolts that hold the backing plate and wheel bearing and then remove the whole assembly from the housing.You could then possibly use a hydraulic press or fob the work off on a local machinist.The alterative is deciding which part is expendable,drum or axle and then removing by destructive means.
