This is a D100? 2WD? If so, it should have had the tapered shaft. You have used a real honest to god wheel puller like the one pictured in the email I sent you?
Find a spare drum then get a skilled torch man to cut the hub. I have done this on a tractor when all else failed. Of course, If you find the spare drum it may be attached to a good rear end as suggested above. There is no guarantee that this drum will come off any easier than yours.
