New Tires/ Combat Rims/ Balance???

Puting new tires on Combat rims. What should I do with the welded weight thats on the inside of the rim?? Leave it or remove it? Thanks The Boys. PS The Dodge boys where Powerwagons before Powerwagons were cool!!!
