The 410 was an oddball motor Mercury put in some of their boats as an option. It was a 390 with a 428 crank. The 428 is basically a stroked 406, which is an .080 390. But the most a 390 can be bored is .060, and only if you are keeping compression under 10:1.

My mom had a Mercury Marauder with a 410. Gobs of torque. Sure amazed a lot of high schoolers with their hot rods when she dropped the hammer. Especially in a car that is so big that Volkswagons are used as tugboats to park it.
