Pound on those drums as hard as you can! When you get them off check to see if they are out of round or cracked. When you find that they are give me a call as I have a complete set for sale.
But seriously...
Do the drums turn on the hub? If not try releasing the adjusters. If the drums turn but just wont come off then theres probably a ridge in the drum that the shoe has to clear. To help in that theres a inspection hole in the backing plate. remove the cover or bend it back a little. Get a medium sized screwdriver that you dont want anymore, and use that to break the shoes free by "lightly" tapping the shoes into the hub with a hammer all the way around.
Just slow down and think about what your doing, and what you are trying to accomplish. BIG PICTURE!
