Rare T800 is it a Powerwagon, GSA Auction Ok

Please go to the gsa auction site and look at the dodge trucks they call t. It says one of then has 4wd.. Is this supposed to be a w900, is this truck rare, factory built for military. If the one doenot have front hubs can it be 4wd. I am confused, who is d or w t difference. Did auction make mistake. One truck has military bed, is it custom, rare militaty version? Anybody know?
