all techs refer to shop manuals before they
do a job they have not done before (or in a long time) just go to your local dodge dealer (service department) and look at the bookshelves full of old manuals - they keep them for a reason - dont try to do work yourself without one - you will just get yourself in deep vodoo
and professional technicians do NOT use the term 'when all else fails read the manual'
they read it carefully BEFORE starting the job
