Checked the dash tonite.... mine has the round speedometer in front of the steering
wheel and the rectangular 3 gauge cluster.
Have no idea what year.... and by the way it would be a bitch to remove by grinding all the spot welds..... you would almost have to sacrifice the cowl area.
BUT I owe you a BIG thanks..... at this time of the year I usually use the office computer and seldom come down to the basement to use my personal mawcheen. Well as I sat quietly waiting for the system to boot up I could hear a faint tapping sound coming from the side... behind the older computer... the one we use for games... well to cut it short... the computer room is directly below the kitchen... and sink...
... one of the water pipe to the tap had corroded and the water was slowly dripping...guess what happened when my clumsy heavy hand touched the pipe.... yeah!!! where is the damned shut off valve when you need it... if it had not been for your quest for a dash... it could have broken when we are at work tomorrow and flooded the whole place. I just can't wait for the wife to come home so I can tell her how the PW save us a whole mess of money and maybe we can now use that money for parts...
I have now cut and installed valves on each line.... will wait for the wife to come home to test my soldering...and will need new tap set for the kitchen....
what a day!!!!
