I've replaced top and bottom hoses, radiator cap, water pump, thermostat, and recored the radiator. It doesn't overheat all the time though and I used Prestone Flush followed by flushing the radiator and block separately. I even removed the thermostat and I'm going to reinstall the old water pump tonight to see what happens. Any thoughts? Ron
