It really is fun to mess with them. Of course it's hard to have a battle of wits when the other side in unarmed. When I bought my '01 3500 last year I couldn't believe how little product knowledge these "salesmen" have. How can a person sell something worth $30K+ and not know anything about what they're trying to sell. I finally said this is what I want, can you find one? They did a dealer trade and I got a "decent" deal, it's just the aggravation you have to go through to get what you need. That's why it was so much fun messing with them.
